- By accessing or using our yacht rental services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with your yacht rental booking.
- 1.1. To make a reservation for a yacht rental, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your contact details and payment information.
- 1.2. A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of the agreed upon rental fee and any applicable security deposit.
- 2.1. The rental period begins and ends at the specified times agreed upon in the booking.
- 2.2. The client is responsible for adhering to the agreed-upon rental itinerary and returning the yacht on time.
- 2.3. The yacht must be operated by a qualified and licensed captain provided by Yacht Rentals Miami or ALL IN RENTALS LLC.
- 2.4. The client is responsible for any damage or loss incurred during the rental period.
- 3.1. A deposit is required to secure your reservation. The full payment is due before the rental period begins.
- 3.2. A security deposit is required to cover potential damages and additional charges. This deposit will be refunded upon the satisfactory return of the yacht.
- 4.1. Cancellations made within a specified period (outlined in the booking agreement) may be subject to cancellation fees.
- 4.2. Refunds for cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in the booking agreement.
- 5.1. Yacht Rentals Miami (operated under ALL IN RENTALS LLC) shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to any person or property during the rental period.
- 5.2. The client agrees to indemnify and hold Yacht Rentals Miami (ALL IN RENTALS LLC) harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the use of the rented yacht.
- 6.1. Yacht Rentals Miami reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a rental due to adverse weather conditions or safety concerns.
- 6.2. In such cases, a rescheduled booking or refund will be offered.
- 7.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Florida, USA.
- 7.2. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, through mediation or arbitration as outlined in the booking agreement.
- 8.1. Yacht Rentals Miami (ALL IN RENTALS LLC) reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time.
- 8.2. It is the client's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
